Sun., Oct. 30, 4–6 p.m. On this hike we will turn from the mind to explore deep immersion in the senses as a way to open up, be receptive, and deepen our appreciation of the natural world. We will experiment with the seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, and feeling of plants, flowers, trees, rocks, landscapes, and locations. After each of our experiments we will have the opportunity to reflect and share our experiences with the group.
