  • Friends of Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve 14700 Carmel Valley Road San Diego, CA, 92129 United States (map)

No experience needed to help us weed, water and plant natives. We are working to restore habitat for endangered birds and butterflies. Service hour credits available. Groups must RSVP to 858-863-7393

Meet at Black Mountain Ranch Community Park, northeast corner, at 14700 Carmel Valley Rd., Rancho Peñasquitos 92129. Walk through the gate and down the hill to the triangle - shaped planting site at the trail junction. Take the left fork and look for a big white Fords 150 4x4 truck over the horizon. That’s us.
