Join interpretive naturalist Brian Swanson on an owl prowl as we search for western screech owls and other nocturnal creatures.  We will be walking on dirt trails and roads, so comfortable closed-toed shoes with some traction are essential.  Bring a headlamp or flashlight and a light coat.  Sponsored by the Friends of los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve.

Meet at the kiosk at far west end of Canyonside Park Drive, on the west side of the baseball fields at Canyonside Park, 12350 Black Mtn. Road.  No restrooms.  Arrive early to avoid parking stress.
